Member having issues trying to login and receive welcome email, etc

For anyone who can help, one of our local members seems to be having some issues with logging into this board.  I'm pretty sure his sn is equipment_junkie.  From what I understand, when he gets the confirmation email or if it even gets out to him correctly, it doesn't seem to work right.  I'm not entirely sure what the issue is unfortunately as you're getting secondhand information, but if anyone can please check and see if there's an issue with his account, that would be wonderful.
