Kidding, you answered your own question though.  It IS the internet and many assholes grow BIG I-testicles and like to talk shit online b/c they have little to no fear of recompense.  On top of that some people are just doing it to see if they can get a rise out of someone.  (also assholes)

Generally I am almost smart enough to figure out when people are just messing around, I do it too. It seems though that lately some of the guys on here take it to another level.  Purposefully getting threads locked and just being all around assholes. There were some threads I would have liked to see continue but they end up getting locked just because someone wants to be an ass. It just seems uncalled for. The flounders came through for us and gave us a great place to hang out when TOB went belly up but there always needs to be that guy to make the beast with two backs it up.
