Either the tatoos are new since the last Rocky, or they covered them up really well. I wondered why he worked out so hard to get back in form and then didn't show it until the final boxing scene in the movie. Come to think of it, he was completly coveredup in a big baggy shirt the whole time in the newest Rambo too. I suppose even HGH has it's limits!!! 

I wonder if they did want to keep his tatoos covered up....
