I was going to go poke around on the forum, and since I don't have a direct link bookmarked on this computer, I just typed in http://advrider.com/ and figured I'd start from there.

They have a great slide show with some amazing pictures.  I was frozen in my tracks.

It's worth a look.

It's been awhile since I've logged in there, but ADVRider is amazing.  I loved that slideshow!

I have it bookmarked past the slideshow, so I don't watch it that often.

Just went there and "Slideshow is Password Protected"   ---  WTF?!!!
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

that site seems to have a wealth of info applicable to almost any form of motorsport.   From what i have seen... they seem to be one of the largest motorcycle forums as well.  And since they are mostly older folks (no offense) there seems to be way less squids over there.

And yes, i drool looking at those BMW GS1200s... one time there were two outside of an REI.  They look like they would fit in perfectly during a post apocalyptic event.   I will have one one day.
