It's an Aztec 8 headlight.  I liked the style of the old monster headlights, and the Aztec8 is pretty similar.

Wasn't crazy about the new headlight until I rode one. Somebody was working in the wind tunnel. The combination of the headlight, bikini fairing and stock mirrors makes for some super clean air and very little helmet noise. I'm 5' 8" and ride with a Schuberth C1. My 6' 3 1/2 son wanted me to scrap the stock mirrors which are barely adequate until he had to ride the bike 80 miles at speed one afternoon. He rides with a C2. He's now a believer too.

Is that the 7 inch version? How easy was it to install? I have a feeling hiding the bird's nest behind that would be a pregnant dog, but I love that look.

Yeah, it's the 7 inch version.  I can't speak for the installation since my local wrench did the work.  There's a compartment in the back of the headlight, so all the cables fit nicely back there.

@coffeegrinds, awesome man. That thing looks like a modernized version of my bike. One of the only new Monsters that I've actually liked looking at. Brilliant job.
