I don't think ebay could fix that one!
I have the 848 forks in the box, 8.5 springs in box, spacers made for the discs, spacer made for the 696 axle to fit the 848 forks. Was about to pull the triple and bore to 53mm, wife says after last ride, "It is perfect, don't touch anything!". But, Honey, you are gonna love these new forks. LOL.

No no no ... then make the swap without her knowing ...
now knowing that a set of M696 forks may lye around and me wanting to install or convert my Marzochis to radial mounts ... you have an idea where this is going ... moding my M620 forks ...

-Ducati Performance new seat
-Ducati performance oil cap

-Chopped tail (no brand)

I do hate stuff lying around, LOL. These are not stock tho, modified for her 135 lbs with Tiger 1050 springs which are 6.0 and 5 wt oil. I destroyed the original springs, well sorta, pieces of them are in there. LOL
