i am glad to see that most new members are getting a proper welcome when they introduce themselves. Mother welcomed me when i came over, and that was big! I in turn spent my first night (or second, i dont know...) welcoming new members to the DMF, whether i know them or not.   i think it is important that each new member get a "howdy" or a "welcome" when they join.

But I am glad there is a welcoming committee.  I only got one welcome.... of course, that was before the flood gates really opened last week.  So now many of the new members are getting several responses.  good deal....
