someone rent my place! brady street flat

hey all,
we really need to find a tenant for our flat, we just purchased a house and but our lease goes through september.  any way, it's a decent place, large rooms, in a great location - 1 block south of brady street on astor.  walk to so many great bars and restaurants on Brady or Water St.  parking for two cars, one in the garage, one in the drive, and bikes can be stored in the basement for winter.
