Will DS1100 Heads fit a 1000 DS?

 Curios if they would as I found a set cheap.  I assume the cams might be different but what else

Combustion chamber is likely bigger volume, and since the bore is bigger on the 1100(98mm vs. 94mm), likely it won't match up properly with the 1000 head gasket and cylinder.

Or are you getting the cylinders too?

HM1100 cams are different part# from S2R1k cams.

It all started out with the desire to have some black valve covers............  Who knows where it will end.

Not sure if those cylinders will fit your cases, the stud spacing *may* be different.
They may slide right on, too, I just don't want to mislead...

Stud spacing is the same between the DS1000 and DS1100 engines.
