red pressure plate with silver or the grey caps?  I keep going back & forth on the Speedymoto clear or ti-gray ones.  I've red ones now, but it's too much red w/the plate.  Opinions?

Also, what type oil ya diy'ers use?  A buddy & I changed mine & used Mobil1 synth 15/50

Well for constipation I use a little honey and castor oil...
