I've actually experienced that and watched a strong solid online community completely fall apart and end up closing because so much animosity and division had happened.  People took sides, took stuff personal, and soon even the RL part of the group end up falling apart.

As said, interweb is full of places to argue politics-religion-economics.  Let's just ride.

Well, this thread proves to me that people can get along...even though there are a few folks that are in the business of trying to stoke the fire and help or seem to be proud of getting threads locked.
Not to blow sugar up anyone's behind, I'm especially proud of the way the moderators handled themselves.
In retrospect...if people would take a moment to try to decipher a poster's true intentions instead of coming out with blazing guns we would have way less conflicts to begin with.  [thumbsup]
