VW has 3 years "free" service now too.

FWIW....my VW dealer has been nothing but great....except it's a little pricier than some places (mine was bought before the free service deal they have now). They've been wonderful, however the VW dealer that is much closer to my house (90 miles closer actually) is total shit. complete. utter. shit.

Okay I added the Evo to my list as well. It seems to kick some serious arse on Top Gear

Now which one  ??? 8 9 or 10

10 is going to be out of my price range for a while most likely.

After thinking long and Hard I finally made my choice and I am in love.

2008 WRX STI with 12k on it. 0 to 60 in 4.8 sec, 60 to 0 braking in 106 feet, 72.4mph slalom, Skidpad .94
and to top that all off it still is a great daily driver. Not to harsh at all.

Please note not actual car =) but It looks just like this Blue with those same rims.

My old roomie crashed through a stand of trees in one, then rolled down a hill, and into some other trees.

Car still ran, and she was fine.

I like the looks of the WRX STI wagon much better than the sedan.  Plus, you get a little extra room.  I have a 2000 Subaru Impreza Outback, have loved it.  Has 120,000 miles on it and the engine feels bulletproof.  Only expensive maintenance was the timing belt change.  Of course, it isn't turbo charged.  But it has been a really good car to me.  Would love to get a new WRX STI wagon, but premium gas hurts the wallet, as well as the $40K sticker price.   :o
Ahh... but the servant waits, while the master baits.

It took you almost a year to decide? I can't complain oo much since it usually takes me that long to decide on cars too.

My neighbor has a wagon as well. Good car, but the kid has definitely beat up on it.

Or for $12K more, you could get a real sports car:

Cayman's are going crazy low lately, heard in the ATL area in the $25K range. You want something that handles, feels likethe hand of God, look no further. I do have a place in my heart for Subby's. Mazda, not so much, ex-wife had an MP3 built by Racing Beat, very problematic. It's a Ford!

Which has the carrying capacity of his bike.

This would be for shitty weather etc, and last I checked, the Porsche wasn't a four door.

Ah man up. I ride a Duc daily in snow, rain sleet. Little Porsche wouldn't hurt nothing but your spleen.
