Inverted stock bars

Just wondering if anyone has inverted their stock bars.  I've been riding with mine like that for about 500 miles and I know it isn't "ergonomically" correct.  I kills my wrists, assumption being, there isn't enough of a pull back when the bars are flipped around.  I've got a set of clip ons that would be much more comfortable, but I got so fed up with the fitment issues on an '02 620 with the coffin resiviors.
