first time home owner?

it's a really cute place :)

have fun, and congratulations!

aaronb

Congrats to you too!

I have never been on any mocha/drill rides, and have never been to lulu's for their bike night.   (but i love that restaurant)

The house has been uninhabited since nov. 2007, so it needs a little bit of cleaning and maintenance.  Once in decent shape we are gutting the the 1960's kitchen, and plan to build a new garage in a few years once the kitchen is paid off. The rest of the house we are leaving, it was built in 1927 and is full of original wood work and built in cabinetry, so just a coat of paint, a little plaster here and there and it will be done.

That is a turret in the front. I was talking about the roofline right above the second floor window. That's an eyebrow dormer.
Glad to see that houses are selling again. Maybe things'll start to come back up.
Kinda like the first sign of spring, just fills you with hope.

sorry for the low quality, they are all from the listing.  we took a bunch of pictures this morning but left the camera at the house.
