on the DML.  Not that I mind, I was only sticking around to "spam" the other site with hints about this site.

I haven't been trying/asking to be banned until tonight.  I thought I'd stick around and preach the gospel of the DMF while also contributing to TOB...

Well, someone asked what the initials of this board was and I answered.  No link or even words mind you.

They edited my post without showing it had been edited and then responded saying this was getting old.  All I did was answer one of their die hard members' (that joined this month mind you) question.

I didn't get another warning point, so why do I think I'll get banned?

What's up with editing my post that had no links and not having it show you edited it?  That is pure BS.

Nothing screams desperation like the knee jerk reactions the admin and mods have been taking here.  You won't find the "other" site censoring links to this site.  Why?  Because they aren't scared little pussies.

Personally I was going to be active on both forums and give the new owners here a chance.  So far I'm even less impressed than I expected.

Out of curiosity I went there and had a look around.... the Tech section is dead.  No activity in days.  Most everything else has slowed down a whole lot.  Not really worth checking up on much anymore anyways

I'm not going away mad... I'm just slowly going away all the while trying to plant the seed of the DMF to as many as I can.

Best I can tell there aren't too many left there that we'd want.

This is my main problem here. It's like you went from sitting in the nice expensive seats to the general admission lawn seats. I'm pretty sure the maturity level is about 10% of what it was and the IQ has to have dropped on average about 100 points per member.

I have my theories about that. One of them is that some of the new members that joined in May are either VS employees or they are just getting paid to up the post count and add members.

I've repeatedly submitted the email address that they use as a 'spam' email address to Google/GMail.

I want to be able to delete my acct, not just put up a phoney email to keep from getting emails. It makes me unhappy that my username is still up there, and the mods can edit your posts. I use that username...everywhere.

Next thing I know, some racist or sexist comment will appear as if I posted it, and discredit my posts on other sites, and I'm actually a little concerned about this.

I'm also about 2.5 seconds and no coffee away from asking the really nerdy computer engineers to shut TOB down. They claim its not hard, but they become evil Jedi's by doing so. (what the F ever. weirdos)
