Right. [laugh]  No, they didn't.  According to the story I read, he suggested to the Texas Ranger, who took them into custody, that it be explained to them how lucky they are to be alive.

I just heard Marcus recount the events, on Glenn Beck's radio program.  Talk about heart-wrenching.

Can't imagine what that guy has been through and then someone kills his dog???
