Well no, it takes at least a few weeks for symtopns to show so....
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I was talking about criminal punishment this weekend with my friend's mom.

we both agreed that if you bring back public hangings for serious crimes, you might make some changes.

How about chopping off a finger for stealing?

people are too squeamish about punishment these days.

i see no reason to not do what you listed..  if you're convicted of rape with irrefutable evidence (i.e. DNA and a video, for instance) then you get your balls crushed in a vise.

Saudi Arabia would welcome you with open arms.
Luckily the US have moved past  public beheadings its barbaric and absurd to think making a public spectacle of an execution will prevent crime...

totally different, I was referring to after trial and conviction in a US court, not summary execution.  also, i included "irrefutable" evidence of rape, which is nearly an impossible standard most of the time.
