Looking for a part

Does anyone know where I can find the barrel and pushrod to the front brake setup on an RS?  I bought a these from a member here and when I attempted install, discovered those parts were missing.  I have pm'd the person, but haven't gotten a response in over 1 week.  I tried MotoWheels, Yoyodyne, and Monster parts.  All the answers I have received thus far are I need to buy new levers to get those parts.  I really don't want to have to buy new levers.
