automatic email

how come i don't receive an email when a reply has been posted to a thread i posted on? i checked the box under additional options to receive notifications.

Probably because your ISP doesn't like the go-daddy mail server.

Turns out some people use it for spam...

oh, so it's my isp? i use to receive emails, nothing has changed. i thought it was with this board, i do get emails from other boards i post on.

I get quite a few failure notices stating that the ISP has rejected our mail server for spam.

I'll check and see if you're in the 'pile'.

Earthlink has just added us to the list, and many ISPs in Oz don't like it

got it working! turns out it was under spam  folder [bang]. it must of automatically set for some make the beast with two backsing reason. thanks!
