If Ducati does this right, they will have an exchange program. Dealers can stock "X" amount of every color an when you buy, you get to choose.

Corse SB in Saukville, WI (the only WI dealer) told me $800 for a full set (tank, fender, cowl).

So, now I need to hit the powerball and get an 1100s with all the colors, I'd even show off purple every now and again when in a metrosexual mood.

I clicked on the 'how to get it' link, and the text actually uses the term 'configurator' to determine the color you want.  I think they might have stolen that term from somewhere....

Now only if I could remember where I saw that term...

Man...the evil marketing geniuses at ducati sure know how to keep your cash flowing.  Good thing I still think pearl looks the best.  

by the way...i dont think that's a 2nd yellow...that oro puro is GOLD my friend...how many of you feel fabulous enough to rock that?
