There is really no such thing as "stomach flu"

flu is just short for influenza which is a viral infection that resides in your lungs/chest.

It would spread all over the Country if that happened. Can you imagine the carnage of broken leases, flat tires, and Old Navy's going out of business? There would be a nationwide manhunt but it would be hampered by the fact that the only picture they have of Adam is out of focus.
