Hi all,

Following on from this thread we have a visitor from the Ducati MOB visitng Syd next week.

CharliesAngel and her friend are visiting Syd so this Thursdsay we'll have an "extended" usual Thurs get together to make them feel welcome.

Bar Italia is the usual place, but not sure it will be big enough, depending on how many we get, could also be Giorgo or countless other places. So lets say:

Place:  Norton St Leichhardt, final location depending on numbers
Time:  7pm for 7.30pm to order.

Final details will be posted up on this thread.
Reply to the thread if you're coming and say whether you'll be there in time to order food for the masses.

... and, therefore, could possibly offer up a taxi service to our guests ... I assume they will be in the city?

Hey GoldFish and DMF OZ!
Thanks for setting this up and am really looking forward to meeting everyone on Thursday! Smiley

Thought I'd post up a pic of the Ducati MOB at a recent Meet at the Zeitgeist (that's me second down on the right) and another one of us taking a ride to North Beach at Pt. Reyes.  The Ranger was nice enough to pose for a picture "busting" us.  cheeky laughingdp laughingdp

Does your mobile number still end with 078? I think I'll probably head to work early ish and try to sneak out mid afternoon, I might test you for approximate location and try to chase you down...

so we're talking:

Melvin
Betty and Jukie
GoldFish
Mattyvas
Mostro900
Dockstrada
Sydmonster
bigiain
Charliesangel and friend

so around 11 or so people......

With that many, can I suggest that Bar Italia may not be suitable, and there's far better places to eat

I'd suggest the one up the road (that used to be the servo) that I can never remember the name - probably more accomodating for a larger crowd, food slightly better....
Or even better, we go 1 suburb west into Haberfield and visit Napoli in Bocca - large place, good pizza and pasta etc etc...

Or we could just meet at Bar Italia @ 7pm and decide, but probably better to plan.

What say you all, or are you all OK with someone making a decision and following it!

without starting a pizza war, let's go Napoli in Bocca and sample the great thin pizzas. Great calzone too, lots of other stuff, you'll be well taken care of Betty & Jukie.

Great suggestion Nick!
