What would you consider the best zombie killing game.

 I need a new game to play what do you think is the best zombie killing game out there. Its always nice to wind down the day and relieve some stress by drinking a cold beer while blowing the crap out of zombies with crazy ass weapons.  [thumbsup]

my Bf and I got the Resident Evil 5  [thumbsup]

bad ass and its a 2 player, which i love....

but personally i have always been a RE fan  [thumbsup]

Copy. Calibration error = humidity, altitude, attitude to tutu, distraction from tutu, stereotype naked rat bikes, human error due to heat, tutu and jealousy!

Not zombie killing but try the new "Wolverine" game.
Not my type of game but I tried the demo on 360 and it's pretty intense.

my kid is kind of an expert in this department. he says Dead Rising w/ Resident Evil 5 a close second.

Hmmm... do you want zombie killing or survival. There's a slight difference.

title says killing, everything being brought up is  survival.

i still stick with L4D for the best killing zombie game ever, online play is the best. also you get ranked on how many zombies you kill/headshots/ combo kills etc.

but you are limited to 6 guns though

I haven't picked up RE5 yet but I can already imagine it to be great. Of the Zombie killing games so far though, I would have to say Resident Evil 4 on the Wii. The Wii controlls added much to the game. (Ok, technically the zombies in RE4 weren't really the same as the zombies in other RE games.)

I was eye balling L4D but I figured I would check around first, but then Ive always been a RE fan. I would be playing on a PC, the bose sound system got hooked up a month ago and now everything is so much more fun.

Left 4 Dead is the best zombie game I have ever played. The first time I played it I got so into it and was yelling for help over my headset so loudly that my roommate burst into my room thinking my bookcase had tipped over on me or something  [thumbsup]
