there are two ways to apply force in any given direction. you can push or you can pull. this info is useful to you because you intend to push your bike into the air. it is also possible to hang it. the trellis frame makes it easy to tie off to if you decide to lift it instead.

whats cool about this, is that their is plastic pieces that cover the inside...but are completely removable waytogo

Mouse is extending the whole concept of women and their make-overs... Cool.

This being the summer of my 65th birthday, I am trying to pack a few things that I've wanted to do for a while. One is that Barbara and I are attending DITR.

The other is that I am going to ride my '01 Monster from NY down to the Atlanta area to visit my grandkids in June. A friend from Ithaca, NY want to do it, and we're discussing the Blue Ridge Mts and the Tail of the Dragon and all those east coast riding meccas.

I will take pictures and keep a journal, though I doubt I can match the literary standard set last year by El Matador and Demolu.

I know I can revalve a Showa if he buys one like the one on your bike, DM. The non-adjustable Showa can probably be made to behave well, too, but I know the adjustable one works well with a RaceTech Gold Valve kit and correctly sized springs, fresh oil, seals, and bushings. It's a one-day project to rebuild them as long as you have all the parts in hand when you start.
