That is some beefy, billet goodness, there, Stu.  Sexxy!  You about ready to send that case off for repair so we can build this old girl in earnest?!?

Got to witness my first car crash on the ice this morning up here.
God bless the train.
Funny though, at 6am it was 19 degrees in Abq & 27 in SF.

19 degrees? Ouch. It's 59 here on Lawng Island at 4:30 in the afternoon. I'm not ready for freezing temps yet.

Even stranger, that same day, it ended up about that marm in Abq.

Tonight, they're saying low of 23 in Abq & 24 in SF.  Hell,  it's a heat wave.

I shared this with a few of you when I was last in Albuquerque: Unbeknown to me, I suffered a heart attack sometime in the recent past. Given my fatigue level when I first got to Ouray, it was probably before then. Anyway, I had a stent put in the other day and hopefully my energy level will pick up.

My main medical issue has been sciatic pain which began while I was in Albuquerque last month. Never had it before, nor any type of back problems. It is very distracting. I started seeing a chiropractor (another first) and seem to be improving slowly.

This is all significant because my plan is still to purchase an ST$ and ride it from NY to Albuquerque sometime next spring.

Nic, sounds bad, please take care of the ticker...morning walks, fresh air, exercise, stretches, perhaps even Yoga. Molly teaches Yoga and I can ask her to help you with some simple poses and regulated breathing. Wish you the very best and you are always an inspiration to be doing what you do well. To good health friend!  chug  Vino! Relax and enjoy the Thanksgiving break.

Thank you, JJ. FWIW, I usually don't share this stuff, but I just know you were all wondering where I'd gone and why I was so quite.

btw, my sister-in-law is a certified yoga instructor and I will seek her advice.

OMG!!! Nic, we haven't got to meet yet but I do look forward to it.

In the mean time start with a beginner yoga class, but be careful. I tried to integrate yoga into my fitness regime. All I can say is holy hell. I'm pretty sure there is a circle of hell devoted to it.  laughingdp It teases you, you think the new position is going to be a relief to your screaming muscles. Instead you just develope a new set of screaming muscles.  cheeky

Happy Thanksgiving, all.

I hope you, and all the other NMMRs, had an excellent Thanksgiving, too.  When are you coming back to Albuquerque, Nic?  Any plans?
