I'm getting so anxious...and i'm still waiting on my front sprocket  :P it's driving me crazy because i hate to have it done last mintue....

yes maybe partly my fault, but still i ordered them over 2 weeks ago...

I was at MotoAuthority yesterday and Steve tracked your package via UPS' tracking system while I waited.  They claim it will be delivered today.  If so, just wheel the old girl over and we'll get it done while you wait.  Bring Matt if you can.  I miss Matty.    :'(

I picked up your sprocket from Steve on my lunch break, so just wheel the bike over and we'll get it cared for!  I'll be waiting, K-Lo-kins.

.......That means that now you can "lead" instead of waiting behind some slow-riding "rabbit" who is out front taking radar hits.....!    [leo]

.....It also means that when you get a radar signal and brake hard, you will have to think about some hard riding son-of-a-gun who is just 4 feet behind you, hitting you from the rear.....   [roll]

Damn, I hope that you got the right radar detector......  Did you also get a good, rear-end, collision detector....?   [laugh]

.... I believe "He" thinks that he is himself....!     ;D

Unless he thinks that he is somebody famous like..... Rossi, one of the Scotts, Kingbaby, JJ, Stu ....etc.!     8)

I will ask "him" the next time I check my mirrors and notice that he has not blinked in the last 19 seconds...     :o

I'm pretty sure that he can afford my bike...  Heck, I don't even have any Carbalumiumalloy on it....!  But it does have a lot of very flat, Colorado bugs on it, if that ups the value any...

JJ,
I bought the 9500IX and I'm happy with it, the 8500 will do just fine. You can get a cable made by Hallmark Cable across from Cycle Gear on Cutler for $20. It will connect to the battery tender lead without having to cut or splice into any wiring and hook right up. Make sure you specify total length and they will even attach a fused link.
You will also need a mounting platform for the detector.
Looking forward to having you run interference with the new gadget.  [clap]

Well, it appears my Ouray staircase 'get-off' has fairly severly F'd up my ankle...

Went in for x-rays today, won't know the outcome for 1-2 days.

Doc did mention words like 'fracture, strain, contusion, and break' though...
:-\

We'll see....

BTW, I have it on good authority that there are now 149 of the 848 NH's running around.

Well, I managed to drop my bike this morning. Combination of being tired from PT and not paying attention, water from a sprinkler system, and painted lines in my apartment's parking lot led to me locking the front brake. Looks to me like only cosmetic damage, I dented the tank a bit and scratched my bar end a bit, don't see any leaks, and I think I may have pushed the rear brake lever in a little bit. Fortunately I was only going 10mph.

I run a cordless Escort Solo S2, & it has saved many of our asses many times.  Me get nervuuuuus with all those fancy wires.    [laugh]

And what the fvck? I thought no one hit the deck this year.  After two broken ankles & one very bad sprain(the worst), I feel for ya' Stu.   :'(

DJD, My rolling into the garage step/walk off was a $5,800 "Ah shit!". *Knocking on wood...and my head...Hard*. I've haven't crashed in 30yrs of street riding (must be the invisible titanium training wheels), but, it sucks when you see your "Baby" passed out on the floor fo sho.  Hope it is all an easy fix.

Beats steppin' off Zasters bike, but, still sucks you're hurt.

I promise to make better mistakes tomorrow.
