I'm trying to find out the factory setting of the forks in the triples, e.g., the amount of fork tube that extends above the top triple.  I bought my bike used, and want to know if the geometry is stock.  My M800 forks stick up exactly 1/2" above the triple, measured to the top of the cap, not including the nut.

Probably the M620 setting would be identical to the M800, not sure about other models.  Thanks for any info.
Leo Vince CF slip-ons, '01 SS900 fully adjustable Showa forks w/ST2 springs, rebuilt S4 shock w/Ohlins spring, 748 dog bone, Swatt clip-ons above the triple, Sargent seat, Duplicolor-Dark seat cowl, Rizoma grips, Techlusion TFI, SBK front fender, Evoluzione slave, BMC sport air filter, 14-tooth sprocket, Desmotimes caseguard, S2R side panels, Pantah belt covers, fake CRG LS mirrors, extra black zip-ties, right grip control imprint on tank, de-cannistered, Ducati Meccanica Bologna key ring

1/2" sounds about right... I'll check my bike after work, in case nobody else posts up until then [thumbsup]

Actually, the measurement is made from the bottom triple to the top of the forks.  Here's a pic from the '06 S2R manual, not sure if yours is the same measurment:
