   I finished up the install.
Found some braided stainless hose cover left over from an old dress up kit. I thought it would add an extra layer of protection to the oil line.

one piece handlebar clamp w/a pocket for the gauge.  waytogo

I agree, making a solid one piece clamp top with mount for the gauge would look really good.

It doesn't match up well enough to be placed up there.

Great fab skills though  waytogo

I'd zip tie it up where you can see it.   Grin

I disagree, very little matches up on Monsters, naked and a bit untidy - so the out-of-place gauge actually looks right (to me, anyway). I especially like that it's so long. IMO the only thing that might make it better would be to paint the bottom/front part black.

Amazingness  waytogo waytogo waytogo

I wish I anywhere near the fab skills that you have...

It looks incredibly good, the only thing that I would do is paint the holder black to match the cluster.

This gauge requires a connection to the oil system, not a good idea to have a oil pressure line up to the instruments.

I like it on the side better, it opens up the vision in front of you.

But it wouldn't matter where it was put. Great job   waytogo

Look at the second pic from the top of my original post. See the brass adapter that screws into the engine case? I made that too. Grin Literally took 15 minutes start to finish.

Dude, we need to talk.  Check your PM.
