i'm currently working on a template specifically for Zard 2-2 systems on the SSSA bikes.
boot burns are a common disappointment with the otherwise perfect zards :/

a carbon one would be cool.... Grin

I repeat, whoever makes me and sends me a template gets one for free. As well as Fstrblkduc; I cant afford to race right now so the least I  can do is live vicariously through those who can.

I was teasing...I can't think of anything that I need in carbon fiber except bodywork and there is no way that I can afford that! chug

I'm actually serious about it.  drink

And I've been wanting to make some sort of bodywork to make the monster into a track bike. Stay tuned.

What the heck...we'll talk. Even if we didn't work something out, I can probably pass on some knowledge to help you out. I did all my own work and have done the same to others. Along the way, I've learned a bit. I'll pm you soon.  chug

I had the same problem on my Termi's once I took off the passenger pegs. This was my solution (not the best angle but only shot I have of it online)

It is from Two Brothers, check their website under heat protection or something

I'm sure you can make your own for cheaper, but I'm a fabricating newb so I bought one.

the part about the passenger pegs is the key.
i also ruined a pair of brand new boots on the stock S pipe after taking the passenger pegs off.
my solution was to run with just the udder, and now an ex box
