So monsterparts is out of stock of their engine bolt kits, anyone know where else to get one?

Sorry, I know I'm asking a lot of questions lately.

For a couple of other suggestions try:
TPO Parts, I have ordered a number of bolt kits and brackets from these Guys, always prompt and very good quality.
www.tpoparts.com/catalog/
or
Tastynuts/Probolt, I have dealt with these guys a couple of times, again well priced and very good quality, I had a small problem when I received an order, one of the bolt packs was mispacked and the incorrect length bolts were in the pack (2 bolts in a pack of 25) and they replaced the whole pack and express posted them to me. www.tastynuts.com/site/frames/frameset_shoponline.htm

along those lines, if you are quite ballsy (and complete with full wallet) go the route of www.RaceBolts.com and finish 'er up with Titanium.

As far as straight up replacement SS, the first link I posted is who makes the SS kits that MonsterParts sells.
