Can someone point me to the isle with the manometers for throttle body sync?

I've searched and can only find homemade versions and super high priced ones.

I know I've seen ducati specific ones for less than $100, but forgot where.

Insert tool/manometer jokes here.

Around $90.00 with a case shipped to the US and it comes with everything you need.  It uses steel rods instead of liquid.  I received mine 4 days after the order was placed.

I'm sure carb tools will work too.

But I could of sworn I came across a tool for about thirty bucks that was specifically for ducati fi bikes.

I could just get one from fleabay for $45 and call it a day.

Dude..make one

Piece of cardboard take a tube and make into a U pour some oil in it.

DONE

Why waste the money on something you're only going to use once in a blue moon

I'm the kinda guy that believes in having the right tool for the job. Even if it means using it once or twice.

BUT this may be a case where making one will be just as good.

Not sure yet.

I've used a manometer a total of 3 times for my last 2 bikes. A carb stick is just a hand held manometer. If you want to spend the extra money for some mental reassurance that is understandable.

Accuracy is not an issue on the homemade version. You are not really gaining any perceptable amount of precision here. My personal opinion aside, do some research on the home made manometer before you jump out and buy the 100 dollar version.

Random Example...you could buy a fancy rear wheel alignment tool for DSS bikes..or your could use a tape measure and be equally accurate.

I'll post of picture of my manometer later if you need some input on how to make it.. Cost me about 8 bucks but works great..

Me too, plus I have two bikes, and the other is an in-line 4.  I bought the carbtune.

Morgan makes nice stuff.

Some things to not: a homemade manometer can actually be more accurate than commercial versions.  It uses water or oil instead of mercury or metal sliders.  Since water and oil are less dense that makes it more sensitive.  Plus no mercury to spill.  I've used homemade manometers on my last inline four and my current Ducati.  They work really well.  Just because it's inexpensive an homemade doesn't mean it's inferior.
