help me out guys,

Where can i buy a pair of leather pants?

I went all the way to the Washington cyclegear to look for a pair of leather pants.  one pair to choose from dianese which are great if i had a crapload of money.

Then i went to the beaverton honda/yamaha place they have everything in the world but leather pants, well they had one or two pair that done fit me.

I know i can order what i want online, just hoping to buy something local so i can try them on. Any suggestions where i can go locally to buy some?

Doc Brown has a lot of black leather riding pants in his shop. I would check him out as a good local. Plus his prices are usually good.

ha ha ! i tracked down ol doc brown today and scored some good pants! thanks for the tip.  Funny ol guy he is, kinda grumpy and full of stories....going to his "shop" house and talking with him reminded me of going to my grandpas house. Crusty old dude, yet i was laughing the whole time with his stories. Great guy and very knowledgeable with no bullshit, he tells it like it is and charges a fair price.  chug

Yeah, Dr Brown's place is one of those crusty old shops packed to the rafters with every accessory you've ever heard of.  Funny old coot, and I like doing business with the small local guy when I can.

i got to try on the leather pants in his upstairs bathroom. It was about 110 degrees up there, and trying to get off tight leather pants in a hot small bathroom was awesome. that guy rules.

118 NE 16TH Ave Ste A
Portland, OR 97232-3043

I think it is like between Burnside and Stark... out of this dude's house.  He usually opens by noon... but he owns his own biz... so it could vary.

Also, he races the vintage 160's with OMRRA... and he used to run bigger bikes... and has had a few # 1 plates in his time.
