So what level is the yellow group then?
Never done one of these track days.
But I am going to one in August with the D.O.C. NSW people.
I'm told we've filled the yellow group with Duc's

Should be pretty no less...

Hey Matty,

There are 4 groups - White (slowest), Yellow, (next level), green (Fast) and Red (racers).

I will be there in the DOC NSW Aug day too! Should be a heap of fun! cheeky

Great I should be comfortable then.
Have been on track plenty of times in a cage.
Will be my first venture out on the Duc.

Which is why I wanted to do a course before.

Matty from what i have seen yellow is a great group you can always start the day at the back of the pack if you don’t feel confident work your way up slowly as you get more confident .I have a mate in the red group that in my opinion is kidding him self.

He is running 1:58 which is consistent with some guys in Green or faster yellow .The higher groups IMO is for people whom have developed good race craft so if you get in there way they will run you down there vicious bastards but they can rids.

I have ridden with you many time you’ll have no problem, when the fun stops just slow down its simple there won’t be a bimbo in a Bikini with a trophy waiting for you when you finish.

Ditto your comments Matty. Would like to know what I am doing right and fix those nasty bad habits that I don't know I am doing........ Then a track day could be fun......

And agree with you Dock "when the fun just stops just slow down".  waytogo

Cool, I am looking forward to it.
I know I'll be fine, just nervous like the first time I went out on the road on my bike.
Nervous but so excited I got over it pretty quickly.
