It puts the billet aluminum on the motorcycle...

« on: May 16, 2009, 07:04:01 PM »

BikerGoddess and I went for a ride down the peninsula today. It was gorgeous...sunny, warmand not too much of a breeze. But when we got to Alice's I noticed that my bike was hemorrhaging coolant and wasn't going to make it much farther. A small hole had formed in the smaller coolant hose, but it was enough to drain nearly half of the coolant bang head bang head bang head bang head bang head

After duct-taping the hose, I was able to limp the bike to MrIncredible's house, where we cannibalized some hose from his Jeep and put together something that would work. I managed to make it home just as the bike hit 225 degrees after being stuck in traffic.

Many thanks for the help, Dave!

Now I want to break down near Mr. Incredible's.

They got fed and a bike fixed.

My rates are terribly reasonable.

Ya'll should come to the shindig next weekend.

Very glad the bike got fixed because the prospect of riding the Scarabeo 2-up all the way back to SF wasn't terribly appealing.

BTW, can't wait for next weekend! The Incredibles have quite the palatial estate! waytogo (And potential dirtbike/tard track Grin)

I call it the Incredible Compound.  Still expecting to read about a few dozen people drinking poison Kool-Aid there one day...perhaps next weekend.   Tongue
