Did a "Pillion 'n Pie" run today at Pie in the Sky at Cowan. We sat in the sun and watched all the rice rockets pull in and out - then......about 15 Ducatis - All sorts: ST's, Monster's, SB's Just rocked up all roaring and my wife turns to me and says:
"Well, thats bought the standard of bikes up in this carpark hasnt it".
I thought it was a good call for someone who is not really brand savvy in the bike department.
As we pulled left they all turned to watch me leave (and made it quite obvious), hopefully it was because I was riding the same machines!

Naturally, Ducati Owners check-out other Dukes.
I was one of the 15 Ducs as it was a Ducati Owners (NSW) Club Run. We had just been on the 5 Ferries Ride and Lunch @ Wisemans Ferry Hotel. As we made our way home, some of us could not resist a piece of "Pie".
As the DOC Ride Co-ord. I was happy with the 28 bike rollup, great weather and a top ride with no mishaps to report.
Cheers... BIG AL
p.s. Hang on to that Mrs of yours.... she has great taste!

We wont that (getting her own). It was hard enough trying to get the helmet of head from smiling too much during her L's course.
She is much content on the back. Just need to work on getting the intercom thingy for my birthday.

........and no - she does not have a sister.
