Friend of mine always said, "If you owe the bank a hundred thousand and can't pay it, you're in big trouble.  If you owe the bank a hundred million and can't pay it, the bank is in big trouble."

I figure i'd just use it

not the entire amount

but

I would use the 6k

pay it back

and

take out any extra that interest raised over the 6.1m - $6000.00

and keep my mouth shut

they will catch on eventually

and then they would get their 6.1m back

I figure it would work out for both parties

but

i imagine the IRS would want to get their dirty-fist-in-your-ass grubby mits on some as well

i got $5000 accidentally deposited in my account and called the bank to get it fixed.  it belonged to someone else whose acct number had a slight transposition to mine.


i dont want money that isn't mine.

One of the big investment firms lost a 401(k) rollover of mine for a few months...it had been put into someone else's account.  They kept blaming the place that it came from for not transferring it at all. [roll]
