Rear Suspension Linkage Bushes

There's a helluva lotta slack in the bushes in the linkage yoke above the shock, translates to almost a half inch total up and down movement at the rear wheel

Any particular tricks to getting these out, and will I be waiting forever to get new ones ?

you can repalce the shock end rose joints and the linakge will have bearings you can press out.  order it all first and wait for it to arrive.  no idea how long it'd take.
