Always Always Always wear gloves. If you get knocked off the bike, your hands will likely be the first to hit the ground and the skin comes off easily...

For all you folks with the Rizomas, do you normally ride with gloves?  I like the look, but the comfort factor may be an issue for me, though I only use the Duc for >300 mile rides nowwadays.

Oh, and Nak3d696, how can the durability of aluminum be a C?  Not criticizing, just asking.  My stockers are just fine for now, I'm just building THE mods list for the years to come Smiley.

The only part that is rubber is wearing and starting to move

Skin and bones...

I'm sure his hand would have been a lot worse off without em. That's the dude with the USB memory stick in his prosthesis...

Was trying to find the one with a guy who had [slightly] road rashed palms after his gloves' seams failed, but the Monster makes this photo more appropriate. cheeky

Oh, I ALWAYS wear gloves.  It's to the point now where getting on the bike without them is like driving my car without a seatbelt on.  I was just wondering what kind of poor wear on the grips he was indicating.

That pic is pretty freaking gnarly.  Anyone know how it happened (what kind of wreck)?
