"I WAS GOING HOW FAST, OFFICER?"

« Reply #15 on: May 25, 2009, 10:16:25 PM »

JC was right....I was downstairs...in the garage....with the new bike!

It's pretty close to what was stolen really....same engine, same suspension, same colour (miss my silver trellis though), same k's on the clock....and very similar mods to it.

so it's a s2r1000, black with white strip, termi pipes....with some nice bling on her.

Nice to have a bike again! although due to insurance she will actually be over at mum's place....but that's alright! Just got to hope that mum doesn't learn to ride.

congrats spider, sucks having your bike thieved, hope you managed to come out in front somehow.

Stripey S2r's make me happy in my pants. Congrats Spider!

Are you gonna get something to wrap that chain in so you don't scratch the wheels? or is it plastic coated already (hard to tell from the pics).

I'm leaving your happy pants alone Craig....but she has a pantagonia sock wrapped round her now!

I'm a very symmetrical kind of bloke...so I have problems with exhaust, stripe and swingarm! But you forget about that when you ride it!

Congratulations waytogo

I'll tell Jeff H to expect your call  Wink

Care to share your plans?

BTW - wouldn't the bike be even safer if the chain went through the frame?
