I suppose the guy who recently joined the DMF who does customs in the area?

Could have been McKenzie. There are a few more in the area though, but based on the location and time that would be my guess.

Yeah, you can hear that thing from about two miles away. He rides it to work most days, so if your near the shop you'll probably see him. Apparently he gets people following him around fairly often.
