exciting stuff indeed... wet to dry again
some other highlights...
lorenzo crashes during sighting lap
he switches bikes and makes his spot on the grid, but has the worst start ever.
dani crashes out, and does not get up... he is fragile these days

felt really bad for dani. that guy is getting his miniature ass kicked.
wet-dry, not the recipe for rossi's 8th straight mugello.. ah well. great race tho. nice to see colin get jt at the end.
all i could really think is what a friggin waste of money the mole is when suzuki could have had spies. dumbasses. same goes for scot. yuki is not exactly setting the world on fire... or finishing races, for that matter.

Every time I think about Bens' success in SBK I picture in my mind some guy at Suzuki being made to walk up and down the hall...
kicking himself in the ass.

I'll have to catch the video later this week.
The lady and I went to the No Doubt concert last night, so was too beat to wake up at 5 in the morning to catch the other races.

I'm so happy.
I do start to feel badly for poor Dani P. He's got it rough these days.
Capi on the podium would have been so sweet. What a race!

I like these wet to dry races as the whole bike switching aspect makes fior some great racing and strategy...

Probably because all the action is pit stops and strategy, with very little
racing
.
Exageration, of course, but you get my drift...
Rossi had a *long* conversation with a couple of the crew in parc ferme, interesting.
I can't imagine why anyone went out on the hard tires.
I recall some mutterings about the soft tires being slower in practice, but on a barely dry track?

Man, for the first time in a long time, I was happy to watch both WSBK and MotoGP. Still, I could do with a dry race. Is Casey now a Ducati wrench? I swear he spend more time wrenching on that bike on the straightaways than he does racing it -- the damper, the clutch, the video camera, blah blah blah. Don't be surprised if next race he gets alongside it at 200mph and checks the tire pressures before Turn 1.
The 250 races was awesome. I didn't think Simoncelli was so out of line when I first saw it. But upon replay, that was a stooopid attempt at a pass. With the line he took, he was gonna hit him no matter what. He didn't steal the apex as much as he just aimed for Bautista.
