Today's ride was fantastic & the pit stop at the skydive/drop zone in Dillingham was perfect!   It was a pleasure meeting everyone.  Looking forward to the next ride...I just have to remember to bring a camera along!

You'll know soon enough, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow so spring is right around the corner...unless of course you're deployed beforehand... boo

Cold again, and raining.    boo

But it's supposed to be sunny and in the mid 60s both Thursday and Friday. Interesting coincidence that I just so happened to drop a leave chit...

Well, as of last Wednesday I was officially declared unable to deploy by my doc, due to my back being trashed from the last deployment. The really funny thing is that certain offices are still trying to say that I'm going, even though my name STILL hasn't been allocated to any particular requirement.

New to Oahu but a LONG time Ducati enthusiast I have spent the last 15 years in WNC aka Asheville NC. some of you know me as Norm Brown's son Jeff. Anyways Ive just started to make some M/C friends on the island but I want to keep to the flock. soo some nice gentleman named Gene told me that you guys have a special Hawaii division (so to speak).

Soo wheres the next meet up? im good to go. I got two of my Hurricane customs here (i got to sell one due to my wife being pregnant and all) and I just picked up a new 2011 Hyper EVO SP (that will never be sold!!! lol) so let me know where the next get together is.

Thanks

Welcome Jeff!!  I take it then that you are the son of Norm, fabricator exemplor from the old DML, that I remember fondly. Well great!! Our next semi-official outing should be a week from this Saturday although there may be some issues with that. Stay tuned. The 1100 Evo may be a near perfect bike over here although I think the Streetfighter takes it overall. My little 848 works pretty good too. Maybe I'll steal my friend's Hyper 1100S next time we all go riding. We'll definitely hook up sometime.   [moto] waytogo
