I've gotten a few phonecalls the past few weeks since RIP TOB.
Can someone (Stuart / Duck-Stew) post the steps / procedures like they did before? I'd rather prefer to point people to this site instead for reference and knowledgeable enthusiasts. I or a mod can route to the "how to" section when finished.
Thanks

Here we go again.... I've got to dig up the instructions. Give me a few days.

A little off topic but will a wet slipper clutch work if converted to dry?

If you're converting it to dry clutch anyway, wouldn't it make more sense to use a dry slipper ? I suppose unless you already have a wet slipper clutch then that makes more sense.

Step 1: Locate buyer for arm, leg, and/or first born.... It has been proven that it is more cost-effective to sell your wet-clutch bike and just buy the dry-clutch bike. A little off topic but will a wet slipper clutch work if converted to dry?
Not *really*... If you're converting it to dry clutch anyway, wouldn't it make more sense to use a dry slipper ? I suppose unless you already have a wet slipper clutch then that makes more sense.
Well, it actually makes the same sense as swapping a regular dry clutch to a dry slipper clutch. If you already have a wet-slipper clutch....then swapping to a dry clutch is very-much a moot point.

ahh, but it also has been proven that some of us... *cough*me*cough* ...are too stupid to listen to such logic-based information

Check out my oil filter forensics thread! Offended? Click here"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Tell me about it!
Logic rarely applies to anything emotional like a motorcycle.
I just wanted to point out that it's not for the timid or the poor.
