If I richenup the FATDUC from where it is now the bike starts to pop on decell and in-between shifts. So it seems to be in a "happy place" where it is currently. Next time I get to ride it (rain) I will slowly fatten it up to see what happenes..

In normal use (average 75 degree day, long ride) mine hits around 285 in town, or about 220 on the highway.

Short 20 minute ride to work, barely gets above 180

Hit 300 when I was stuck in the traffic leading to the motoGP. 90+ degrees, stop and go traffic.
I own several motorcycles. I have owned lots of motorcycles. And have bolted and/or modified lots of crap to said motorcycles...

Normal running temp is about 220-230.  I got stuck in traffic on slab recently though and the temp climbed to 299.  I got a little worried so I pulled over and shut it off for about 15 mins.

Well after doing some riding around tonight it seems as if the slip joints on the rear cylinder (on the BoomTubes) is leaking air.
I am guessing thise could def. be causing my bike to run hotter than normal (exhaust leaks are never a good thing)..
Looks like I need to pickup some high temp rtv/gasket stuff and seal all the slip joints up and then see how the thing runs..

200-220

I usually ride very early (around 6am) and am home by noon or earlier

If I'm out on an 80+ day it will get in the 230's.

PCIII 70hp on dyno

Running a 50/50 mix of VP C12 and 91 octane pump gas

On the track pushing it to the max with ambient air around 77F I get up to 230F.  Before PCIII, C12, midpipe on the track I have seen high 290's.
