speaking of oil coolers.. anyone checked the air temp readings of the 1100 and where is the placement of the temp sensor on it?

I don't know about the 1100 temps, but the air temp sensor on the 1100 is also in the same location as on the 696, its between the airbox and the throttle body. The oil temp sensor is also in the same location as on the 696, in the center of the V between the cylinders, in the Vertical cylinder head.

If I can get my shop to talk to theirs, we might get this thing fixed.
