Spending lots of money and time on fixing something that has a good chance of being destroyed is fun! Evil

Hey Mo,
That's sounds like great fun, unfortunately it's not in the cards for me this weekend. We're in the process of moving and have too much on the plate.

SV Fixing party at MO's?  Or at the old home of Caztek?

I am in for a ride Sun or Mon.  I have to work my geek job on Sat. Grin

Just be careful yet, i have read/talked with several people that went down last weekend in WI.  One guy died in an accident going through the Wildcat Mountain area, and I talked with another that went down hard near the Mindoro Cut, ALONG with the two Minneapolis area riders that went down outside of Arcadia...

There is still plenty of sand on the roads.

Anyways, the roads are getting better down in my area of the cheese state, but still need a couple good rains to really clean up.  Definitely worth a long trip though.

I think i did 250 miles on sunday...sure felt nice.  waytogo

Thanks for the tip chug  I had no idea the roads were still that bad. I like to wait a while and let others be the guinea pigs.

I did probably 40 miles of old 35 last Sunday.  It was nice and clean.  Except for that one car that was on the brakes through the best set of curves...  bang head

I can't do an all weekend ride but I'd be up for a few hours this weekend.

Where are you off to ?

We're moving into St. Paul. My wife got a new job in downtown St. Paul and the commute from here is horrendous. Our crap is scattered between the two places now. My shop is still at the old place for a little while yet... I'm finalizing a "studio space" in N. Mpls. and will be moving the shop sometime soon... I hope...

Keep off the grass  [moto]  laughingdp laughingdp

That's a dramatic change! Good luck...hope it works out for you guys!

I was wondering what you were gonna do for a shop space. Thanks for answering without me asking.

Yeah, it's hard to give up the "dream shop" but it IS a pain being way out here in the sticks. I'll be 45 min. closer to alphabet city now and hopefully have more contact with other homo sapiens. (though as a species I prefer the dogs... laughingdp)

The new house has a 2+ car garage so I should be able to set up a decent scooter shop there. And I'll be able to leave the woodworking "at work" so that should be good too... we'll see.
