Guess I don't feel so bad about not going any more.

Although Masked Meathead did say he dared me to come out there, kinda feel bad about not getting to find out what that dare involved.

I was going to try to ride out this year, but given all the political BS I think DIR will be nothing more than fond memories and getting to meet some great folks I wouldn't have otherwise. 

I still remember telling Tanya that someday, when it was the (anti)Sturgis for Ducatisti in America, that she would be remembered as the grandmother of the event.  I guess it was just a dream 

Anyhow, if you haven't ridden those roads, get there one way or another as you won't regret it.  They're there all year, but you proabably only want to go on a motorcycle between June and Sept
