CNN posted: "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" -- the most terrible revenge since Montezuma's -- is louder, longer and lamer than the 2007 hit it succeeds."

OUCH!!!

The Tomato Meter gave it a sore hit too: 21% Rotten

Yeah I read that too.  Whatever.   [roll]

We'll see - I have high hopes regardless!

Yup! I thought it was going to be a preview like a lot of the other movies they show on base. But I don't mind waiting a couple days to see the movie for free. Especially since the concessions are actually reasonably priced on base...

It's nice that they provide some fun things for you guys on base.  [thumbsup]

Rotten Tomato is down to 20% now... Consensus: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a noisy, underplotted, and overlong special effects extravaganza that lacks a human touch.

I'll still watch it (eventually) now that I know there's a Duc in it, but I won't be paying $20 at the theater.
Aftermarket: RoadRacing modified under-engine exhaust, revalved 996 forks, ProCutting half-open clutch, CC triple and pressure plate, 999 clipons, BMC filter, CRG-LS mirrors, PC3, Rizoma rearsets, heated grips, +2 teeth in rear gearing, Veypor VR2 computer, MBP collets, Yoyodyne slave, Galfer waves front and rear, misc CF (mostly faded), CRG clutch/brake levers.

I have not read a single good review on it, but I still loved the movie.

The one on MSN is BRUTAL! I keep reading that they didn't know it was possible to make a movie worse than the first Transformers...I thought the first one was good too!!

I guess it's a good thing I've learned not to listen to critics and just go myself.

Do the same, I haven't heard any NORMAL* people say a single bad thing about it.

*Normal being anyone who is not a critic.

How could you tell it was an 848?  Did it stall at stoplights?

Except for Megan.

Agreed.  I could watch her read a phonebook for 90 minutes.
