Camel Bag!!  Grin

I keed, I keed.  Just go with a thermos on a bag, be it a back pack, a tank bag, tail bag, etc., etc.

BTW, I've taken coffee to work in my thermos. I just stick it in my bag and go. I like to have some good coffee after a cool morning ride to work in the fall. IMO It's not an unreasonable thing to do.  coffee

It's been asked.  Here are some answers.

In a pack.
Velcro straps to the fork leg.
In a pack.
Strapped to the frame at the grabhandles.
In a pack.
Strapped to the frame on the side of the bike below the tank.
In a pack.
Between the fairing and the bars where you keep it now.
In a pack.
Rectally.
In a pack.
In a tankbag.
In a tailbag.
In a sidebag.
Ductaped to your johnson.
In a pack.

P.S.  A quick google search for "motorcycle coffee holder" found this:  http://www.topoftheline-travel.com/motorcycle-drink-holder.html.
And this:  http://www.jafrum.com/Accessories/Leather-Accessories/AC131-MOTORCYCLE-LEATHER-TRAVEL-COFFEE-CUP-MUG-CASE-HOLDER.
And this:  http://www.leadermotorcycle.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=L&Category_Code=Drink_Guide

I've heard of a coffee enema before but damn! The whole coffe mug?! California people are out there.................   cheeky

How great is your life!

Yeah, I am blessed!! bow down

Coffee at the cliffs of Diamond Head is great in the morning before it gets too hot.
I usually go in just jeans & t shirt...top speed is never more than 30 mph
I think I am going to go with a quick release type pouch/bag attached to the frame, under the right side of the tank
Guys thanks for the replies & the entertainment!!

Not good. 30 MPH is still more than enough to mess you (and your naked skin) up big time.

I thought at first glance you said douchebag.  laughingdp
Then I thought that might work for you. Kinda like the predecessor to the camel back. Grin  Especially since you are talking to this crowd about putting a cup holder on your duc.

I, like others here, like to enjoy my coffee at work.

I'm an ice coffee drinker and luckily a co-worker also is.... so in the morning I drop her a text when I take my bike and she is nice enough to pick mine up and bring it to work.

I have looked into strapping something to the bike but haaven't found a solution yet.

First of all, I DO fit the stereo type that well Smiley  I love my coffee and will do most anything to have it when and where I want.

Haven't tried it on the Duc, but the Beemer has two good sized, deep compartments just forward of the handlebars built into the fairings that are great for holding a cup or thermos.  Leaving for a trip at 7:30AM in 35 degree weather I can assure you is made infinitely better by a good sized cup of HOT coffee at your side.

Isn't the whole point to stand next to the bike while you drink your coffee? I mean, I just trailer the bike to starbucks, drink my coffee while people admire my coolness, then trailer it back home.
