I've been playing one game for three days now, does this game ever end, or is it truly endless?

I've heard (take this as what you will) that Left for Dead 2 is little more than an expansion pack for the first game.  It think they made little bits of improvement, but overall you're spenidng $60 on something worth about $30.

very true. on PC expansion packs are always cheaper. the video for it is jsut a few new weapons and new characters + new maps, sucks to pay $60 again, but i sold the first one and only lost out $10 bucks. :p the frying pan looks cool!

I'm inclined to believe it is truly endless. You're playing defense mode, yes? After I had more than 50k health on both my base and my guy I gave up since it seemed pointless. Actually it seemed pointless long before that but I continued to play anyway in hopes of there being an end.
ErkZ NOT in SLO w/ his '95 m900!
The end is in sight! Gotta buckle down and get to work!
